What is Vicious Mandate?
Hmm... well, it's a 2D side-scrolling arena shooter focused on fast, tight movement and quick combat.

At the start of each match in Vicious Mandate, a set of random rules are decided which all of the players have to follow. These rules can be... rather ridiculous though.

The world in Vicious Mandate has been taken over by cosmic beings who have created you (Plooby), to fight forever for their enjoyment.

Vicious Mandate is meant to be played with 4-6 players locally, though there will be some singleplayer content included in the full game.
